So I thought I’d answer some common questions I get from past attendees of the program before they enrolled.
What makes the RARE mastermind different?
The majority of masterminds are focused on business only. After working with several clients 1:1 who were also in other masterminds, they expressed they felt as though they were in the wrong room– I realized the inner work we had done together had propelled them to a point far beyond where a traditional business mastermind could serve them.
In RARE we focus on BOTH. I help you to uplevel in both your life and in your business so that your business or career is in complete alignment with the person you’re becoming.
How will I know it will work for me?
Even though this is a group setting, it’s intimate enough so that I am not only aware of your unique needs, sticking points, wants, goals & dreams, I have all the tools in my toolbox to help you with them. I have not only helped a wide range of clients from all walks of life completely transform how they feel in life & business (as well as become even more successful) – but I have done it for myself as well. I have never or will ever take a cookie cutter approach and I’m not satisfied until I get you results.
Who is the ideal candidate for joining the RARE mastermind?
RARE is for the woman who considers herself a high performer, who still has a lot she wants to accomplish, but no longer wants to do it in a way that comes at a cost to her personal wellbeing & fulfillment, relationships, family, social life, etc. She’s ready to learn how to take a seat in first class on the rocketship, rather than keep being the horse pulling the cart.
What if slowing down means missing out on opportunities or not reaching my goals?
Here’s the thing, we’re not technically slowing down. There are a LOT of coaches out there that will demand you rest more, slow down and pull back– that’s not me. Because I know those things are only temporary bandaids, and when you have a fire in your heart, it’s literally going against the core of who you are.
Instead, I focus on expanding your capacity. It’s very likely you’re operating at your max or close to it. I help you expand it so that it feels so much easier and slower. We also maximize your efficiency so you’re not wasting energy on things that don’t matter. Suddenly you have more space for everything. It’s certainly a mind blowing process to experience!
What kind of support and resources will I have access to as a member?
There are 3 calls a month where you can receive personal hotseat coaching, as well as access to me daily via a messenger app to receive coaching in real time between calls. You will receive replays of every call, broken up and labeled by subject so you can easily find what you need. You will also receive my entire library of digital courses to go through at your leisure, and certain modules will likely be assigned to you when relevant. I am in it with you every step of the way. You will also receive 1:1 private sessions for even more personalization & support.
What is the time commitment required to participate fully in the mastermind?
That is up to you. I have designed the mastermind in a way that reflects one of my top core values: Freedom. I have clients that come to every single call, not only to get their own needs met but to soak in the coaching for others. I also have clients that rarely show up to calls but lean into the messenger app heavily. Each call is 60-90 minutes and homework when assigned could range from a total of 6-20 minutes a week. I value your time and don’t encourage you to do arbitrary activities that won’t serve you and your goals
