The business is thriving

So why aren't you?

Business advisory + somatic coaching for established retailers who are ready for their success to feel as good as it looks.

You've officially outgrown advice you could've Googled.

You already know what you should do.

You’ve done the mindset work. You’ve changed, grown, healed. Then something big enough to shake you and suddenly, you’re right back where you started. You know you can’t pour from an empty cup, yet somehow, you’re still the one holding everything.

The interesting part is why you keep doing what you know isn’t working.

Why you hold on when you know you should let go. Why you overthink decisions you already know the answer to. Why the same shit keeps showing up wearing a slightly different outfit.

At some point, you have to get curious about the common denominator.

What if more didn't have to mean

more of you?

Let your team do it their own way, without taking control back.

Have a slow month, without mentally preparing to lose everything.

Make a decision, without spending a week worrying you'll fuck it up.

Let someone be disappointed in you, without rushing to make it better.

Take the damn vacation, without worrying you'll come back to an avalanche of work

Make more money, without immediately setting a new goal

Have an empty afternoon, without finding some shit to fill it with.

Care deeply, without making yourself responsible for everything.

Chrystal Rose

I didn't learn business by coaching people about it.

By the time I found somatic work, I was five years into owning a boutique, running another coaching business and very fucking good at making things happen.

I also had an incredible life on paper that felt nothing like I thought it would.

As I changed, so did the way I ran my businesses. It made more money, felt easier, and eventually, I couldn't ignore the facts:

The way we run our businesses isn't separate from the way we've learned to move through the world.

Once I started seeing those patterns in myself, I started seeing them everywhere. Eventually, they became the foundation of the somatic framework I developed and still use in my work today.

There's a part of you that's been very busy making sure you’re safe, seen and loved.

I call them Protectors

They developed for a good reason. At some point, they helped you get what you needed or navigate something you didn’t yet know how to handle.

Unfortunately, they don’t just fucking retire when the job is done.

Where life gets really fucking good.

A 6–12 month group coaching program rooted in personal development, somatics, and strategic refinement for retail business owners who want to keep growing without being held prisoner by what they’ve built.

More money. A stronger team. Bigger opportunities. Deeper relationships. The freedom to step away without watching your revenue slip the second you do.

Because you don’t have to choose between being wildly ambitious and having a life that actually belongs to you.

The Embodied Baddie Lounge

Wanna hang out in my brain?

The whole internet doesn’t get a front-row seat to everything I’m working through. The Lounge does.

This is embodiment in real time. The ups, the downs, the decisions, the discomfort, the breakthroughs, and the shit I’m still figuring out as I live it.

Expect semi-regular audio drops on embodiment, business, fitness, life, whatever I’m currently working through, and the things I can’t stop thinking about.

Come listen, lurk, steal a thought that changes something. Whatever works.

A clear capsule pill with a visible imprint.

How good are you willing to let it get?

The business. The money. The relationships. The freedom. The huge desires you haven't even admitted to yourself yet.

Let’s make room for all of it.
