I know what it takes to build a successful business. I also know what it can take out of you.

I’m Chrystal Rose. Business advisor, somatic coach, and owner of a seven-figure retail business.

I went looking for a way to grow. I found a better way to live.

In 2019, I was five years into running my boutique and building a nutrition coaching business. I had the marriage, the house, and the success I thought would finally make me feel like enough.

I was also living with anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, and night terrors while continuing to function at an incredibly high level.

After my first experience with embodiment work, I enrolled in a ten-month certification expecting to care most about the business training. Instead, the personal work reached parts of me nothing else had.

Within months, my retail business was making more money, while requiring less force from me. I gave away my nutrition coaching business, later closed my boutique, and committed myself fully to the work that had changed my life.

From member to vetted expert.

After joining as a boutique owner in 2017, I went on to coach founder Ashley Alderson, speak at Boutique Summit and its mastermind retreats, teach inside its programs, and become a vetted service provider.

Guest Interviews.

I’ve joined other hosts to talk about business, burnout, somatics, self-trust, and the realities of building a successful company without losing yourself inside it.

Let’s take this somewhere.

Planning a podcast, interview, panel, workshop, or event? I’m always up for an honest conversation about business, leadership, somatics, and the patterns shaping all three.
